The travel bag looked worn and dusty enough that Sasuke would wager she hadn't even gotten to an inn yet, if Tsunade's luck hadn't taught him that wagering would only lead to even less money in his clan-skimmed account. Pausing, it occurred to him that it was poor manners to launch into his news without giving his teacher a chance to go through hers, and he belatedly added in a blur of practiced formality: "I hope you're doing well and your travels are interesting."
