With rare exceptions, their red hair carries as strongly as a Hoshigaki's skin. Likewise, the Kaguya tend to have a distinctive look. The Houzuki are more likely, but tend toward pale hair. There are others, but based on what he's observed so far, Kisame thinks he's hit the nail on the head with his guess.
