Haku's fingers twitch, eyes narrowing. They both know what Kisame should do and he doesn't like the idea of being in debt for possible blackmail later. It's how Kiri works, and he's at Kisame's mercy. He doesn't like it, but it's either deal with it until it becomes a problem or risk a conflict here.

Haku lifts his hands in a peaceful gesture. He has no intention of causing their country any problems, because the only way he can hope to live peacefully is to keep his head down and carry on like usual.
