Kankuro turned to give his response, but his fist didn't slacken. He'd learnt long ago that being distantly polite was the easiest way to deal with Gaara; being ignorant or rude only bit him on the ass afterward, and he'd never lower himself to the level of pandering to his little brother's will, so this was a satisfactory medium that both of them would have to just get used to.
