Sasuke has no timeline. He exists in the void.
However on the off-chance he isn't allowed to exist in the void:
ACADEMY GRADUATION/GENIN PROMOTION -- BGS 4, Konoha Academy graduation in March
CHUUNIN PROMOTION -- BGS 4, Suna chuunin exams in June*
JOUNIN PROMOTION -- AGS 1, August/September (testing in August, promotion in September)
* This currently doesn't match with Gaara's timeline and needs to be sorted later.
