Unfortunately for Haku, he was already in a far awful mood just by being in this place. The garden helped, certainly, but he still wasn't terribly interested in staying in this place for too long. While there wasn't much for him to do back in their own village, it was still more... safe, in a way. Able to take care of his small garden he'd been allowed, growing things that he knew would survive the storms and cold that tended to hang over the village like a heavy wet blanket.
The lavender he couldn't help but snort at, shaking his head at all of it. Sweet smelling flowers were nice and all, but this just screamed trying too hard, to him. Moving to his companion's side he leaned against his side just a tiny bit, amused by the dry tone of his words. He knew very well that he held the same feelings he did on the matter of this village.
"Why we have... peace with this village is beyond me, we really have nothing to gain. Though I suppose the Mizukage has his reasons, even if the Hokage is... pathetic for having a bloodline as powerful as they say."
