Oh, youth. Only hearing what they think they want or expect to hear, and none of what is in between. That Kenobi has a habit of talking circles likely does not help. Kenobi does not deny that the man in front of him seems to be doing Juugo much good. Indeed, he even said that he is doing very well. But he doesn't need this young man to like him. At least not right now. Instead, he just needs him to listen.
"Then sit, and breathe with me. In, and out." He changes what he does, making his movements more deliberate, and allowing his manipulation of his unconsciously absorbed natural energy to wane. The cycle of letting it pass in and out through him has long been second nature, and does not require thought, but he makes an effort to put it to a stop deliberately, letting the natural energy slowly accumulate, more the way this young man will expect it to, given his experiences with Juugo. Kenobi knows his limits, knows when to stop, and knows even how to deal with an excess build-up, how to release it vastly and quickly before it can cause him harm. But right now, the young man before him needs to know what this exercise would feel like to Juugo, so that he will later be able to determine the difference.
"Follow how the physical and spiritual energies mix into chakra. Allow them to separate them as you inhale, directing it through your body, recombine them as you exhale, passing them in and out of the body. Release it. Balance each energy, in equal parts, with deliberation. If you sense an area of your energy that is unsettled, pass over it. We can work on untangling such things later." He can feel the build-up of natural energy start to pool in his gut, and it's a slightly unpleasant sensation, but he ignores it for now.
Instead, he focuses on the young man in front of him. Once Nagato is doing as Kenobi is, he wil illustrate how to integrate that natural energy into the cycle. But not before.
