He'd spotted her dashing around, and coincidentally, he was at the very shop she never took the time to visit more often. Shisui was a sucker for tea and dango, and there was hardly any tea shop he hadn't frequented at least five times. This particular one had some very tasty wagashi that he hadn't exactly found in any of the other shops. So, given his craving at the time, he picked and chose. Today so happened to be the very shop she'd landed on top of.
Shisui stepped out of the place with a stick of dango, stepping further enough that turning around and looking up put him in her line of sight. He smiled, then waved. "What are you doing up there? Down here is where all the good stuff is."
It was his way of saying hello, and was an indirect invitation to come join him at tea. If this was Wonderland, then Shisui was the Mad Hatter. Only he didn't wear or make hats...
