Neji isn't sure what she's looking for, but it seems he's passed her inspection. For whatever that was worth however, he doesn't trust the lilting curve of the kunoichi's mouth, and spends several moments deciphering that cryptic remark with little success.

But he moves without further prompting when she reemerges, and guides them out to the street where he takes up a measured pace just off one side and half a step behind.
