THE CURSED COSTUME MEME

"It's a YOUTHFUL activity!"
Halloween has come to the Ninja world! (...Just...trust me, it definitely has) With it, an opportunity to dress up as whoever you want. Or whatever you want...but no henge. That would be cheating.
...And also unnecessary. As soon as the festival gets underway, the elaborate costumes you slaved over (or bought after someone else worked on them) will be gone! In its place, a stubborn henge in the form of whatever else you dressed up as. As you weren't the one to engage the henge, however, you can't just drop it. There's no disengaging the henge until whatever force (caught up in the festivities, no doubt) that caused it to happen, drops.
The advantage is that it's a perfect henge! Anyone who doesn't know what you dressed up as (or, if multiple people dressed up as the same person) won't be able to tell who you are. You could pretend to be the person you look like, reveal your identity (if they believe you), or pretend to be someone else (but then that person might be who you're posing as). This is the perfect opportunity for actions innocent, prankster, or nefarious. Which is entirely within the Halloween spirit, isn't it?
In the morning, once everyone's gone to bed, the costumes will return to their original form and you will be free of the henge.
TL;DR - Your character puts on a costume at the start of the Halloween festival, and through unknown magic, becomes that costume, irreversibly, until the end of the night. Note: their mental state/memories are retained, this is a physical transformation only.
Step one: Post your character/affiliation, and include what costume your character was wearing before the transformation.
Step two: Either make a starter, or include various notes about the costume before the transformation, or what your character might be doing about the henge.
Step three: Tag to others, breed confusion or try living life as someone (or maybe even 'something') else for a night!
Note: There are travel seals in every village, and the festival will be (improbably) taking place in each village. If you're not where the action is, you can go there.
Bonus Note: Don't forget the NPC journal for hijinks!
