Itachi paused on his way home with his groceries, watching Kagami stand in the middle of the road. He honestly expected the old man to move out of the way of the traffic. Itachi watched the cabbage cart move ever closer, then sighed and waded out into the street. Setting himself a foot or two in front of Kagami, Itachi began quietly diverting traffic around Kagami.

The man was an esteemed elder of the clan. If he wanted to stand in the middle of the street and almost get run over, the least Itachi could do was make sure he didn't actually get run over. He'd move eventually.
