Okay everyone, it's time to test some people out! The rules of the game are simple. You have a character you would like to try out as a native to the setting of this game. You want to see if this is the right setting to play said character in, right? Well, then all you have to do is drop them into this post as a top level comment with this as the header: Character name | Series (OC's just put Original here) | Planned Village Affiliation Then you comment around and play with everyone else! If you need some ideas on how to get started, you can drop your character in during the middle of a mission, have them at an eatery around their village, or maybe even just doing weapons practice. It's up to you how you want to set out, so feel free to put your characters in this version of the Naruto universe however it most seems appropriate. Just be sure to say where you put them somewhere in your post though, otherwise two people might not even be threading in the same country. One last thing! Remember that your character was born in this universe, so whatever else you decide, your character is a world native, even if they might be a tourist in the village you decided to test them out on. And that's it. Just be good to each other and have fun! Threads you do here can count toward future activity checks, so long as the person you're threading with gets in too. He'd caught very little of that ramble but what he'd heard was enough to draw him in instead of him peeling off and avoiding everything to do with someone who had, what looked to him, like a dragon. Admittedly a real one that looked very little like ny dragon art he'd ever seen but it had the same general idea.

Eying the black creature with cautious eyes, he moved over to see about helping the guy up. "You alright there?"

"Oh, yeah, just fine." Hiccup muttered as he pulled his face out of the dirt. Toothless regarded the newcomer with interest, but not malice. There had been some very long discussions about not terrorizing people on the road with them. Instead he just stared intently and licked his lips.

"Just...peachy." Hiccup grunted as he sat up. Toothless came up behind him and nudged his head with apparent affection. Hiccup didn't believe it. Hiccup began clambering to his feet, all limbs and elbow as Toothless helpfully almost shoved him flat on the ground again in the name of getting Hiccup on his feet.

Peter was not a tall guy, standing at an even five foot four... so it was pretty much guaranteed he'd have to look up to most people. He was even standing close enough it was clear in this case if that were so, and he gave him a lopsided smile.

"You didn't look it."

"Well, you know, looks can be pretty deceiving." Hiccup glanced down. He had almost a foot on this guy.

"Just...rough housing. Staying sharp," Hiccup continued. "Training while on the move."

"On the ground?" He blinked at him, bewildered, then shook his head on a little laugh. "If you say so! I have no summons so I have no idea how that should work."

Not strictly true, but close enough.
