Test Drive Post!
Sunshineverse | ||||||||
Okay everyone, it's time to test some people out! The rules of the game are simple. You have a character you would like to try out as a native to the setting of this game. You want to see if this is the right setting to play said character in, right? Well, then all you have to do is drop them into this post as a top level comment with this as the header: Character name | Series (OC's just put Original here) | Planned Village Affiliation Then you comment around and play with everyone else! If you need some ideas on how to get started, you can drop your character in during the middle of a mission, have them at an eatery around their village, or maybe even just doing weapons practice. It's up to you how you want to set out, so feel free to put your characters in this version of the Naruto universe however it most seems appropriate. Just be sure to say where you put them somewhere in your post though, otherwise two people might not even be threading in the same country. One last thing! Remember that your character was born in this universe, so whatever else you decide, your character is a world native, even if they might be a tourist in the village you decided to test them out on. And that's it. Just be good to each other and have fun! Threads you do here can count toward future activity checks, so long as the person you're threading with gets in too. These threads can also be used for samples on your application.

Can I still respond to this?! I'm responding to this.
Tedious, yes.
Annoying, yes.
Tiring, not so much.
Easy, you could say so.
It was one of his many skills as a shinobi, and wielding heavy objects was just something he was born with. It wasn't until he noticed the daimyo himself coming near that he got mildly distracted.
"Sir! Don't come any closer, you may get injured!" His voice was still feminine, but things were easier when it was just him dealing with the rockslide... now he had to protect someone, and it HAD to be the person he moved to this village for. Determination came over his features now as he worked harder, using a shadow clone jutsu to run to protect Hotohori- unknowing of the willingness (or even capability) of the other.
[ooc: man, I hope that's okay.]
WELL I GUESS YOU CAN THEN
Nowhere in his plans was the discovery of another shinobi...and an amazingly strong and fast one, at that. He didn't skid, he was too graceful to skid, but he did slow to a stop rather quickly, with a look of shocked puzzlement. Or something rather more beautiful and regal than that.
Were there any visiting shinobi in the capital at the moment he hadn't been informed of?
"You..." He paid no mind to the danger of the rock slide nearby, despite what people thought of him he was not incapable of caring after his own welfare, "Where have you come from?!"
GOOD 'CAUSE I AM.
"Technically," his clone spoke calmly, punching a rock flying towards them into tiny pieces as his main self effortlessly threw more of the rocks away from the village, "I've been here for a while now. I was born in Hidden Stone, and raised in the Hidden Leaf if that's what you're asking, Hotohori-sama."
The rock slide seemed to end, and his clone smiled before disappearing, his main form finishing up, dusting his hands off with a sigh. Nuriko then leaped to where his clone previously was, "Excuse me sir, I don't normally do this in front of others, especially one such as high as yourself, but look at me, I'm disgusting." He laughed for a moment before making a hand sign. "Oiroke no Jutsu!" And with that, he was again a she, a smile across her features. "I'm surprised you haven't noticed me yet, of course, your beauty is so much greater!" She laughed, pulling a fan out to gracefully cover her mouth as she did so.
"Just a wandering kunoichi~! Hopefully making a new permanent home here in your land."
WELL THEN.
Of course, that was not actually what he was focused on. A kunoichi with the grace of a woman of the court but exceptional skills. And beauty on the level of her skills at that. Hotohori believed many things others found impractical or ridiculous. He struggled to believe someone like she was in the Land of Noodles on accident or by chance. Not when a woman of her skills would be so much better (and more often) utilized in a shinobi country.
"...Tell me this, what is your name?"
