Hello! Youko here with a new character- Nori from the Hobbit movies!
He's a merchant or mercenary as the cover suits him, and secretly a missing-nin originating from Lightning Country. He claims residence in Earth Country now and has the paperwork to back him, deals primarily in information and stolen goods. Because he's actually a kleptomaniac and utterly shameless. He has an underground network spanning across many countries, and is generally happy to provide intel for the right price.
And yes, he's only 4'5", though his favored hairstyle gives him another 4 inches or so shh
If anyone wants to backdate any meetings or connections, lemme know! And of course, feel free to plot any future shenanigans here as well :D
