Okay everyone, it's time to test some people out! The rules of the game are simple. You have a character you would like to try out as a native to the setting of this game. You want to see if this is the right setting to play said character in, right? Well, then all you have to do is drop them into this post as a top level comment with this as the header: Character name | Series (OC's just put Original here) | Planned Village Affiliation Then you comment around and play with everyone else! If you need some ideas on how to get started, you can drop your character in during the middle of a mission, have them at an eatery around their village, or maybe even just doing weapons practice. It's up to you how you want to set out, so feel free to put your characters in this version of the Naruto universe however it most seems appropriate. Just be sure to say where you put them somewhere in your post though, otherwise two people might not even be threading in the same country. One last thing! Remember that your character was born in this universe, so whatever else you decide, your character is a world native, even if they might be a tourist in the village you decided to test them out on. And that's it. Just be good to each other and have fun! Threads you do here can count toward future activity checks, so long as the person you're threading with gets in too. Rin Nohara | Naruto | Probably Konoha

There was a chill breeze in the air...and she'd forgotten a jacket. That seemed to happen way too often. One thing was for sure, if she ever got a mission to a cold place in the winter she'd freeze to death. She was a tropical bird and she'd basically....settled on that.

Okay, maybe not. It wasn't as if she'd refuse to go on a mission to a cold place. It was just that the last time she'd went she'd passed out and found herself kidnapped again so it's probably best she not go on her own.

But that was neither here nor there. Today she had to focus on carrying the new supply of medical kits back to the hospital, and the rat of an assistant who was supposed to help her carry them was missing. Watch out anyone on the road, there is a jonin hurrying through the streets with her vision blocked by large crates that are probably full of needles.

"Excuse me!"

He didn't know why, but the crates came before the voice, and he only just managed to pull a passerby out of the way of the terror that his teammate had become. What was she doing?!

No, no, better not to ask and instead stop her before some innocent child ended up trampled. "Rin! Rin if you stop a second I'll help you carry those!"

Being responsible! Someone had to get these supplies to the hospital and apparently she was the only one that was going to! Gangway.

Oh, hey. Obito. Give her a moment to slow her momentum without letting the stuff crash to the ground and she'll glance over at him. "Obito!" Are you going to help with the rest, because there's five more loads like this. Maybe this is why her assistant skipped out.

Or he was lazy.

"I was supposed to have help, but they never showed up..."

"The easiest solution to that is making sure that it gets to the people who do scheduling and give them retaliatory shifts." He reached up, taking enough off the pile so she could see where she was going.

"...I got retaliation out of that. Am I supposed to retaliate against myself for scheduling it with a lazy Chuunin, or retaliate at that Nara kid for being late?" Because neither seems all that pleasant. Partly because that would step on Shikaku and Asuma's toes.

Aannd that's better at least, though she takes a moment to shift for the changed weight. "I'm not responsible for Suna's shipment showing up when it does, you know."

"...If it's a Nara, then he knew exactly what he was doing." He frowned a little, then sighed, shaking his head. "It's a matter of giving inconvenient hours to make up for him giving them to you."

"Well..." Oh, hey, Obito. Do you recognize this over-bright smile? It's the 'you can do this for me!' smile. "I guess someone in charge of setting hours and missions would have to do that, right?"

He blinked slowly, then huffed a breath. He wasn't oblivious, most especially not to her. "...I guess someone would yeah." Guess who is going to be getting D-ranks he didn't plan to in the near future? Don't skip out on stuff kid, it's never a good plan.

It wasn't a good day for Tsunade. She could deal with the cold, overcast weather that was so strange for Konoha, but the hangover from last night made her cranky and irritable.

When she was bumped into, she was ready and raring to snap right off on whoever dared jostle her. Then, of course, it turned out to be Nohara Rin, and all of the fight went right out of her.

There was no getting mad at Rin. Like a puppy, she just smiled at you and tried to make up for whatever it was until you collapsed into a pile of stifled anger and exasperation. So instead, Tsunade sized up the situation, and promptly found another outlet for her anger.

"You and you," she pointed at two chuunin who were watching the scene wide-eyed. Clearly, they knew Tsunade's reputation for temper, and were waiting to see the ensuing rage. "Explain to me why you saw a jounin struggling with crates clearly marked "Konoha hospital", and instead of offering to help, you stood around gawking?"

He neatly sidestepped the oncoming health hazard before reaching out to give his former teammate a light tap on the shoulder. This wasn't an unfamiliar scene — Nohara Rin taking on a task better suited for someone with four arms.

"Need some help?"
