Okay everyone, it's time to test some people out! The rules of the game are simple. You have a character you would like to try out as a native to the setting of this game. You want to see if this is the right setting to play said character in, right? Well, then all you have to do is drop them into this post as a top level comment with this as the header: Character name | Series (OC's just put Original here) | Planned Village Affiliation Then you comment around and play with everyone else! If you need some ideas on how to get started, you can drop your character in during the middle of a mission, have them at an eatery around their village, or maybe even just doing weapons practice. It's up to you how you want to set out, so feel free to put your characters in this version of the Naruto universe however it most seems appropriate. Just be sure to say where you put them somewhere in your post though, otherwise two people might not even be threading in the same country. One last thing! Remember that your character was born in this universe, so whatever else you decide, your character is a world native, even if they might be a tourist in the village you decided to test them out on. And that's it. Just be good to each other and have fun! Threads you do here can count toward future activity checks, so long as the person you're threading with gets in too. These threads can also be used for samples on your application. She nods. "Yes." She pauses feeling a touch guilty for having to repeat his enraged message. "He said, that he was extremely disappointed the you couldn't find it worth your time to be here." As she speaks her expression takes on one of apologetic understanding. It wasn't easy being the leader of something everyone wanted a piece of your time a fact she could sympathize with as the heir to the Hyuuga clan.

Obito heaved a deep sigh, then shook his head, meeting her gaze and giving her a wry smile. "Considering it was something of a favor to make time for him at all, if he couldn't wait then... leaving me pissy messages won't get him a reschedule. I'm sorry you got pinned with him though, I know you get enough of that at home."

Shrugging, Hinata just smiles. She could have easily told the man to wait but he was already agitated and while it would serve him right, she wasn't going to make her sensei's job anymore difficult than necessary. "It's fine, I needed to leave you a message for Naruto-kun anyway." That was probably all she needed to say for him to guess what Naruto wanted, he knew her teammates disturbingly well the majority of the time.

He gave her a wry smile at the statement. "Let me guess, the last mission wasn't anywhere near challenging enough and it needs to be remedied immediately?" He tilted his head and then leaned in, peering into her eyes in amusement. "Is it one you intend to go on too?"

She's furiously fighting back a blush, but she doesn't look away despite the fact that she's incredibly uncomfortable. She knows he's merely teasing, but it still makes her feel vaguely like she's twelve again. "Someone has to make sure it doesn't become pure competition between Naturo-kun and Sasuke-kun." She says with a shrug. Boys would be boys and their rivalry had a habit of getting out of hand.

He laughed softly at the look on her face and straightened, nodding once as he relaxed back on his heels. "You don't need to look so trapped Hinata, I'm not going to pounce upon you. But... yes, I'll see if there's a good mission for the three of you."

"That wasn't fair, sensei." She huffs and crosses her arms over her chest not amused. "He'll be happy to hear that." That fact alone is enough to make her smile again.

"No? I thought it was." He gave a thoughtful look, then smiled, fully aware she couldn't stay mad at him. She was always the best of his three when it came to composure. "Of course he will, he's just like his mother. She would go stir crazy without missions."

If it wouldn't be entirely pointless she'd be annoyed with her teacher right now. Sometimes she wished it wasn't so ingrained in her nature to be quick to forgive. "I think he goes stir crazy faster than his mother."

"Probably because he doesn't have anyone to pick on like she does." He puffed out a breath, shaking his head. He could remember many times he'd been punched in the head by that woman after all.

"But no, she's mellowed a lot over the years. And what about you Hinata? Do you want to be out again so soon?"

"He has Sasuke-kun." She offers with a shrug, aware that the relationship between the two doesn't quite fit that mold. He'd find someone to pick on as his mother did eventually. There was two years worth of Academy graduates to pick from.

"No, but I'll go if a mission appropriate for the team is found." They've only been back a short while, and she's secretly hoping to remain in the village at least a week before leaving again. Not that a week surrounded by Hyuuga elders isn't terribly frustrating in it's own right, but she'll suffer the elders to spend a few hours working with her sister.

He gave her a long, thoughtful smile, and tilted his head to the side. "I'll find something... when something is to be found." There was a touch of a conspiratorial smile then, because it's not as though he had any need to rush.
