'ello once again. It's Re with idiot number two for her list. This is Kawauso of Maniwa who tends to wander around Rain mostly and is supposedly a traveling mystic, but he sorta fails at the whole mystical and mysterious bit so he's pretty much a merchant who just happens to deal in talismans, and fortune telling.


The biggest thing though about him is that not all of his fortune telling is an act due to his touch based ability that lets him read the past memories stored in objects that he sometimes uses to make a sale.
