Test Drive Post!
Sunshineverse | ||||||||
Okay everyone, it's time to test some people out! The rules of the game are simple. You have a character you would like to try out as a native to the setting of this game. You want to see if this is the right setting to play said character in, right? Well, then all you have to do is drop them into this post as a top level comment with this as the header: Character name | Series (OC's just put Original here) | Planned Village Affiliation Then you comment around and play with everyone else! If you need some ideas on how to get started, you can drop your character in during the middle of a mission, have them at an eatery around their village, or maybe even just doing weapons practice. It's up to you how you want to set out, so feel free to put your characters in this version of the Naruto universe however it most seems appropriate. Just be sure to say where you put them somewhere in your post though, otherwise two people might not even be threading in the same country. One last thing! Remember that your character was born in this universe, so whatever else you decide, your character is a world native, even if they might be a tourist in the village you decided to test them out on. And that's it. Just be good to each other and have fun! Threads you do here can count toward future activity checks, so long as the person you're threading with gets in too. These threads can also be used for samples on your application.

Mumbling she huffs out a breath as she starts walking on a path that would take her on a wide loop around the village and take most of the day to complete. She had work to do, a fact that crossed her mind frequently as she watched the ground beneath her feet, her arms crossed as she brooded.

In any case, he was in a relaxed mood for all that it was a fledgling village, waking up before either of his teammates and heading out for an early run around the perimeter.

Red eyes focused behind her glasses as she searches for a sign of having caught up to her target to surpass the source. As she gets closer it becomes clear that the signal is vaguely familiar, a feeling she's come across only a time or two before but otherwise one she can't identify in a heartbeat like she could her family.

His direction would meet the stranger's at a bridge, he noted, letting the Sharingan flicker into his gaze. Standard shinobi movements, nothing to suggest threat just yet. He kept his body otherwise casual, not giving away that he'd seen his pursuer.

"Who are you?" She asks leaning forward and inhaling deeply.

"It's customary for you to give your name first," he pointed out, keeping his stance loose enough to defend or attack as need presented itself.

"Your name?" she's borderline at the moment, if he still doesn't answer she might flip to that rather scary part of the Uzumaki temperament. She just wishes she's mastered the scary hair her aunt was so good at using to frighten the hell out of Naruto, and she gets the impression she might need that terrifying aura with the young man before her if she doesn't make any headway.

"I'm a Konoha-nin," he said instead, turning enough to reveal the forehead protector he'd strapped to his arm instead of his forehead today (the humidity made running with something over his face stifling). "An ally of this village. What are your grounds for this behaviour?"
no subject
"Then you know you should be answering my questions instead of arguing with me," she says it flatly straightening up and crossing her arms over her chest. Her foot starts tapping again only it's more in annoyance than impatience this time. She remains stonily silent ignoring his question, he might be an ally but she'd like his name to run it through the list of visitors in her head before giving her own. "Your name?" She reminds him firmly.
