It is time for a CR and plotting meme...which is...basically what it sounds like! Having trouble getting CR for a character? Plotting something for your character and want other people to be involved in it? Not plotting anything but interested in getting involved? This is the meme for you.

It works like so:

Current status: I think he might actually have been at home recently!
Any current or future plans: Meeting Nori and Tenten at some point together in the next month or so, otherwise, nothing.

Desired CR: Repeat interactions. He meets people then never speaks to them again a LOT.

Current status: Researching, training, she's been holed up in the archives lately. Though she's been dying to get out of the village on another long term mission. Or at least something that'll take her far away for a bit.

Any current or future plans: Would really like her to get further training on Earth jutsu! At this point in game I'd like to say she's gotten some off screen training and can do some basic, genin level moves. She'd like someone to give more advanced lessons if the opportunity arises. Of course, she'd like to go on another long escort mission too to sate her wanderlust but seeing the current issues...who knows.

Recent open threads or posts: There are a few opens laying around. Got one for October where Mika was giving a "sanctioned" tour of the research facility. So it'd be good for any Konoha members to jump into.

Desired CR: Would love more friends of any variety! Even some not-really-friends-but-tolerable-for-missions type of relationships. Not picky at all. uvu

CHARACTER NAME Yamato | mokutonno
Canon: Ninja Jesus left me in a tree.
Current status: After the incident in Kiri, Yamato has spent most of February and into March being fragile and hating it. He's been sleepless and volatile and generally avoiding and seeking people close to him in equal amounts, but he's working through it slowly. March on wards involves a pet cat that really helps, a snow baby that fixes a whole heap of bad head space and an abduction to Suna to work on an ill advised wooden Tanuki puppet. There's building a house from scratch and an incident involving a talking badger at some point too, but that's later into April.

Recent open threads or posts: There is a February thread that details Kiri fallout, but otherwise, nothing major that doesn't involve his closer CR already. He will be looking after Kakashi's new puppy during February, so that will raise some eyebrows for a week and Yamato will stick to his routine and be about the village regardless of his mental state, so he can be grabbed during lunch or between training and mission hand ins.

Desired CR: Friends and enemies welcome! Students too and team mates! Yamato needs more interactions with people to get out of his rut, so anything you like!
Undesired CR: Uhhhh, romance? he's skittish as it is and there's just a massive...'it's complicated' sign over that side of his life as it is. No death either please and thank.

So... seeing Kisame again might not be the best idea for Yamato (Kisame isn't sorry; he thinks it was hilarious), but that's always on the table, since Kisame is definitely coming to Konoha before Kiri implodes.

But the main thrust of this comment: would Yamato like to babysit the baby bird God's Child an unusually pacifistic ninja who sometimes goes berserk and kills lots of people when he makes his official visit to Konoha (he'll probably be making an unofficial one during bodyswap but...). Juugo is probably perfectly safe, but he'll make panicky noises at people until Juugo is sure he's surrounded by plenty of people who could take him down if his berserk side comes out.

Canon: Ninja Jesus will never notice me.
Current status: Shino has recently experienced a rather traumatic incident involving body swapping with Kiba, but generally has been training for his Jounin trials and filling his time with the mission roster.
Recent open threads or posts: Apart from the open body swap, nothing as of yet..feel free to plot with me though and I will throw an open thread up soon!
Desired CR: Friends, enemies and other! Shino needs people to talk to/at and to make them feel awkward! Sparring, random encounters, old academy friends, you name it!
Undesired CR: Apart from death? Not really, I invite all CR!
