It is time for a CR and plotting meme...which is...basically what it sounds like! Having trouble getting CR for a character? Plotting something for your character and want other people to be involved in it? Not plotting anything but interested in getting involved? This is the meme for you.

It works like so:

I might pop onto one of your opens! Mika definitely likes people that are very inquisitive and she comes from a pretty connected family. Might be something he finds interesting enough to look into? -waves hands about- I haven't solidified Mika's timeline at all so we can hash something out!

Two years back works. Depending on where she is, he would probably be prodding. Do you think you could set it up? Presumably in Konoha. Restaurants and eating carts are good places to find Masanori, especially in the shopping district. He likes to cute food out of people.
